Booking fee/deposits
We require a booking fee/deposit to book and secure an appointment for new fittings.
All booking fees/deposits are strictly non refundable but they are deductible from a new set of extensions.
Please ensure you are committed to
your appointment, if you need to cancel then your booking fee/deposit can be transferred to another day ONE time only, and must be within a 6 month timeframe.
Following the consultation all methods/colours/lengths are 'locked in' and cannot be changed.
A charge will be made if colour is changed after the consultation as hair ordered in may no longer match correctly.
Hbbextensions reserves the right to retain booking fees taken against appointments.
Fittings
hbbextensions operates a no - refunds policy. our products are health and safety certified and therefore non - refundable.
Client satisfaction is our utmost priority.
Any adjustments/rectification of your fitting service must be notified within 14 days of the original fitting date.
The time and lifespan of your extensions is a guide and is completely dependant on each individual and their hair care routine and products used.
Hbbextensions holds no responsibility for extensions that have not been cared for and that have not followed aftercare advice.
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality hair for our clients.
Should any quality issues arise the extensions will need to be removed and sent back to the manufacture for testing. This will be within the manufacturers time frame.
Should the client wish to alter/colour the extensions this is at her own risk.
For custom colours ( auburn/copper/)
this is recommended that clients natural hair is coloured within the salon so that the same exact colour can be used on both the natural hair and the extensions for best results.
Clients are shown and discuss colour swatches/method/length/thickness at the consultation.
Client must state any contraindications on the consultation form.
we hold no liability over failure to notify us of any contra -indications.
Detailed aftercare advice is explained to the client during the fitting appointment.
Aftercare advice and products sheet will then be given via instagram messages prior to/after fitting appointment.
Please read this carefully as it is extremely important you follow all advice.
Hair must be clean, straight and dry for new fittings and for maintenance.
please ensure toners are no fresh prior to consultation. Please give hair at-least 1-2 washes before colour match to allow a little for fading.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made after 48 hours will come with a cancellation charge, this is 50% of your appointment.
Failure to pay this will mean you will not be rebooked in the future.
(new booking fees/deposits are non refundable as stated above)
NO SHOWS
In the event of a NO SHOW or notice of cancelation within 24 hours comes with a charge of 100% of the appointment. Failure to pay this means you will not be rebooked in the future.
We are unable to carry out your appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.
6-10 week maintenance agreement
Stated on your consultation form will be a time frame of 6-10 weeks in which to return for maintenance after the extensions have been fitted.
This time frame is strict and must be kept as per the agreement.
A further fee will be charged if the time frame is not kept to accommodate extra time that it will take to carry out an overdue appointment.
We will not accept any responsibly if our work is maintained/altered by any other salon as your contract with us will then be void.
